Coaching for Self-Discovery
It’s one of my life’s great honors to accompany people on their journeys of self-discovery. I work with individuals on personal and professional matters to get in touch with their authentic self, identify and shift limiting core beliefs and step into a space of expanded possibility and love.
Essential to this process is integrating the body, mind and spirit. I support people in building or strengthening a mindfulness practice to bring greater awareness to these parts and build the reflexive tools to trust themselves.
Clients report that they come away with greater self-love and compassion, a grounded capacity to be with their emotions and the confidence to return to a deep place of inner knowing to serve as a compass to guide their actions and decisions.
My Approach
The Hakomi Method is a powerful, yet gentle approach to self-discovery and healing. Following the wisdom of the body and using mindfulness to stay with present experience, we discover and work to heal the beliefs that a client holds about themselves, others and the world.
I study Relational Somatic Healing under Shirley Dvir who teaches the safe use of touch, loving presence and relationship as the keys to unlocking big changes.
Also informing my coaching practice is my training as birth doula. A doula is an ancient practice of accompaniment during a time of transition. The “being state” of a doula is one of compassionate support and steady guidance that helps an individual tap into their own inner wisdom and strength.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are currently conducted via Zoom.

Methods
Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychology is a powerful, yet gentle approach to self-discovery and healing. Following the wisdom of the body and using mindfulness to stay with present experience, we discover and ultimately heal the ways that an individual organizes and relates to themselves, others and the world.
I am currently studying Relational Somatic Healing under Shirley Dvir which uses touch, loving presence and relationship to heal attachment, trauma and development wounds.
Also informing my counseling practice is my training as birth doula. Literally meaning “to mother the mother,” a doula is an ancient practice of accompaniment during a time of intense transition. The “being state” of a doula is one of compassionate support and steady guidance that helps an individual tap into their own inner wisdom and strength.
